Registration for AEESP2025 is now open!

Registration fees cover the full 3-day conference, including the opening day social mixers, technical sessions and workshops. Fees are grouped according to AEESP Member and Non-Member categories.  If you are not a member of AEESP, we encourage you to join the AEESPAEESP Membership categories include Regular (academic), Affiliate (non-academic), Sustaining, Student/Postdoc Members. 

 

We are pleased to offer a single registration fee for all AEESP 2025 participants, including faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and students. This flat-rate fee ensures equal access to the event for all attendees. A special conference registration rate is also available for attendees from the Public Sector (i.e., attendees from governmental and non-profit organizations).

Optional for Registrants:
  • Workshops: Attendees are invited to register for Workshops at no additional cost. Please see the Workshop descriptions for additional information. Workshops will be held concurrently with technical sessions and are limited in capacity. Please register only for the workshops that you will attend.
  • Evening Social Events: Attendees are invited to join us for social events in the evenings of each day of the conference. Please see the Socials and Events page for more information.
    • Tuesday: Separate social mixers for students/postdocs and for faculty/professionals, no additional cost for attendee
    • Wednesday: Party on the Plaza, $30 per person
    • Thursday: Night Out in Durham, $30 per person
  • Dormitory Accommodations with Duke Dining meal card (available until March 15): Single-occupancy dormitory rooms can be reserved for 3-night or 4-night stays in Duke’s dormitories located on the West Campus. Please see the Accommodations page for details, room amenities, check-in/check-out times, and rates.
  •  All workshops, social events, and dorm accommodations are subject to capacity limits. They are not available for late registrants. Please register early!
  • Accepted forms of payment: All major credit and debit cards
  • Conference registration fees, dorm fees, and ticket sales can be fully refunded (less a $150 administrative fee) to the original form of payment until April 19. All sales are final after April 19.
