AEESP2025 Conference events will take place on Duke’s West Campus.

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel #1: JB Duke Hotel (230 Science Dr., Durham, NC 27708)

Location: Duke’s West Campus, 0.8 mile to daytime conference venues (15 – 20 min walk)

Room Block Dates: May 19, 2025 – May 23, 2025

Room Rate: Single/Double Occupancy – $244/night

Hotel #2: Residence Inn Durham McPherson/Duke University Medical Center Area (1108 W Main St., Durham, NC 27701)

Location: Off-campus & close to the heart of Durham;  2 miles to daytime conference venues, accessible with 10 min walk to Duke’s East Campus and 7 min ride on the university’s C1 East-West Campus connector bus

Room Block Dates: May 19, 2025 – May 23, 2025

Room Rate: King Studio – $169/night

Dormitory Rooms:

Dorm accommodations on Duke’s West Campus is the most central lodging option for all major conference events. Dormitories are located adjacent to the main quad, with layouts that entail single occupancy air-conditioned rooms with shared hallway bathrooms.  Each room has individual key access with twin size bed, campus wireless internet, and a linens pack (sheet, pillow, blanket, towel). Each dorm floor has a shared common room and kitchen. Bath toiletries are not included. Reservations are available for 3- or 4-night stays and include $25 per day meal card, for use at all Duke Dining campus venues.

3 Night Stay (Single Occupancy):

Check-in time: 3:00-7:00 pm 5/19/2025

Check-out time: 8:00am – noon 5/22/2025

Total rate: $394.77

4 Night Stay (Single Occupancy):

Check-in time: 3:00-7:00 pm 5/19/2025

Check-out time: 8:00am – noon 5/23/2025

Total rate: $480.77

Reservations are made with conference registration and will be accepted until full. The dorm room reservation period closed on March 28, 2025.
