Presenter Information

Oral Presentations:
Oral presentations will take place in designated classroom spaces, each equipped with a projection screen and HDMI connectivity (including HDMI-to-USB-C adapters). Presenters should bring their own laptops. You can find your session time, location, and presentation length in the conference program. For session-specific details, please contact your session chair(s) directly.
 
Poster Presentations:
Poster presenters can find the date, time, and location of their presentation in the conference program. Important information for poster presentations, including details regarding setup and presentations, are included below:
 
  • Posters must not exceed 48″ in any dimension. Any necessary materials (e.g., thumb tacks) for setup will be provided.
  • Poster presenters should set up their poster on their presentation date (either 5/21 or 5/22) anytime from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. AEESP volunteers will be present from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM to help with poster setup.
  • We will provide exact poster locations once you arrive to your poster space for setup.
  • Poster presentations will take place from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM on 5/21 and 5/22. Please check your ExOrdo poster presentation details for information related to your presentation date and location. Be sure to stand by your poster for presentations and questions during this time!
  • Students and postdocs who elected to participate in the poster competition will be judged during their presentation slot.
  • Poster presenters should plan to take down their poster by the end of the day (5:00 PM) following their presentation.
